Happy Tails provides dog grooming services as described on our website. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the description of the services offered and agree to the conditions stated.
Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website if available. A $20 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be applied toward the final cost of your service. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
By using our services, you confirm that your pet is in good health, is up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies, distemper, and bordetella), and does not have any contagious conditions. You agree to inform us of any health issues, aggressive tendencies, or special needs your pet may have before the appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or stop a grooming session if we determine that a pet poses a danger to itself or others, or if continuing the service would compromise the pet's health or well-being.
Prices for our services are as listed on our website or as quoted during booking. Additional charges may apply for pets with matted fur, special handling needs, or other conditions requiring extra time or resources. We will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with the service.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at our location. Gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable with our approval.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will work with you to address your concerns, which may include touch-ups or adjustments to the grooming.
While we take the utmost care with all pets, you agree that Happy Tails shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your pet during or as a result of grooming if we have exercised reasonable care and skill.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Happy Tails from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to your pet or property while your pet is in our care, except in cases of gross negligence.
We may take photos of your pet before, during, or after grooming for our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials. By using our services, you grant us permission to use these images. If you prefer that we not photograph your pet, please inform us at the time of your appointment.
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time without notice.
